1. Manuscript Preparation

1.1 Template Usage

• Use the provided Word template without alterations. Download Template
• Do not add page numbers, headers, or footers. Avoid blank pages.
• Margins: Top, Bottom, Left, Right = 4.40 cm.
• Final submission is considered final. No changes allowed after submission.

1.2 Language and Style

• Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English.
• Title: Use APA 7th style capitalization. Avoid all caps.
• Authors: Full names, corresponding author marked with asterisk (*), email provided.
• Affiliations must be complete and in English.
• Abstract: 150–250 words, include citations if referenced.

1.3 Keywords and Headings

• Include 3–5 keywords.
• Headings must be nested properly and consistently numbered.

2. Manuscript Content

2.1 Main Sections

• Introduction: State research problem, objectives, significance.
• Methods: Describe methodology, design, data collection, analysis.
• Results: Present findings with tables and figures.
• Discussion: Interpret results, compare with previous studies.
• Conclusion: Summarize findings and significance.

2.2 Figures and Tables

• Place near first citation in text.
• Ensure they fit within template margins.
• Number sequentially with descriptive captions.

2.3 References

• Use APA 7th edition citation style.
• Ensure consistency and completeness.

3. Submission Guidelines

3.1 Length and Formatting

• Maximum 8 pages including references, tables, and figures.
• Submit in Microsoft Word (.docx). Figures also as high-resolution files (.png, .jpg).

3.2 Submission Process

• Submit via online submission system.
• Confirmation email will be sent after submission.

4. Review Process

4.1 Main Editor Review

• Reviewed by main editor for originality, rigor, clarity, relevance.
• Criteria: contribution, soundness, clarity, cohesion.

4.2 Acceptance

• Notification sent by specified date.
• Accepted papers published in Atlantis Press proceedings and indexed.

5. Ethical Considerations

5.1 Plagiarism and Originality

• Submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere.
• All sources must be properly cited.

5.2 Authorship

• Only contributors should be listed as authors.

5.3 Conflicts of Interest

• Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

6. Post-Submission

6.1 Publication and Indexing

• Papers published with ISBN/ISSN and submitted to Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science.

6.2 Corrections

• Contact proceedings editor for post-publication corrections.

6.3 Copyright

• Published under Creative Commons license (non-commercial sharing with attribution).
