Agung Wicaksono, PhD

Agung Wicaksono currently serves as the Director of Transformation and Business Sustainability at PT Pertamina (Persero), appointed on June 12, 2025. With a distinguished career spanning public policy, infrastructure, and sustainable development, he has consistently championed strategic transformation across sectors critical to Indonesia’s future.

Prior to his current role, Agung served as Deputy for Funding and Investment at the Nusantara Capital Authority, where he helped shape the financial architecture for Indonesia’s new capital city. His leadership in urban mobility includes tenures as CEO of PT Transjakarta and Director of Operations and Maintenance at MRT Jakarta, spearheading key initiatives to modernize and integrate Jakarta’s public transportation systems.

He also held the position of Managing Director at PT Jababeka Tbk (IDX: KIJA), where he led the infrastructure business unit and oversaw Southeast Asia’s largest industrial estate, driving regional economic development and investment.

Agung holds a PhD in International Management from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and has served as a lecturer at the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM ITB) since 2008, mentoring Indonesia’s next generation of leaders.
